Export all your data as a file, or delete your account — both from the Security tab.

Export your data
You can download everything CardZen holds for you — no support ticket needed.
- 1Open Settings and go to the Security tab.
- 2Under Export Your Data, choose Download my data.
- 3CardZen downloads a single JSON file containing your cards, purchases, sales, batches, and settings.
Delete your account
The Security tab also has a Danger Zone with Delete my account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data and cannot be undone — export your data first if you want a copy. Deleting your CardZen account does not affect your live listings on eBay.
Product analytics
CardZen records product events across the workflow — captures that succeed or fail, listings that publish or get rejected, and sales as they're recorded — so we can find where the workflow breaks. Events carry record IDs, timings, and error codes. They never carry your card values, prices, photos, or scan text.
Your account email is attached to your analytics profile so we can separate real usage from internal testing and follow up on issues you report. The iPhone app records the same events plus the screens you open.
Privacy and support
Your cards, sales, purchases, and account records are stored with your CardZen account. For anything the self-service tools don't cover, reach out to support.
