Manage account and profile

Edit your profile

Open Settings and go to the Profile tab. It shows your account email, member-since date, and seller badge.

1. 1Update your Name — this appears in emails and across CardZen.
2. 2Add a Bio (up to 500 characters) to tell collectors a bit about yourself.
3. 3Choose Save changes.

Change your email or password

1. 1Open Settings and go to the Security tab.
2. 2To change your email, enter a new address and choose Change email — confirmation emails go to both your old and new address.
3. 3To reset your password, choose Send password reset email and follow the secure link.
4. 4If you sign in with Google or Apple, manage your password with that provider instead.

• Keep your account email current so support and billing reach you.
• Keep account access limited to trusted devices.
• Contact support if you see unexpected account activity.
