Two ways to finish a batch
Finishing review and listing to eBay are separate steps, so you can do them at different times:
- Mark the batch Done — review is finished and the cards move into your inventory (Ready to list). Nothing is published to eBay yet.
- List ready cards — publish the cards that are ready straight to eBay from the review screen. This is the Submit to eBay step (step 4).
Before you finish
- Resolve any cards under Needs review.
- Set a condition on every card (cards without one can't be listed).
- Get prices, or set a price by hand on cards with no comps.
- Retake blurry or cropped photos and remove any accidental captures. Cards labeled Stock photo need a fresh front photo before listing.
Mark a batch Done
- 1Finish reviewing the cards in the batch.
- 2On the Batches page, choose Done on the batch card.
- 3The batch moves to the Done tab and its cards move to your Cards page, where you'll find them under the Inventory filter.
- 4Optional: tick Assign a storage location in the confirmation to file the cards that don't have one yet. Cards that already have a location keep it.
List a batch to eBay
If no cards are ready yet, CardZen sends you back to review with a note that there are no ready cards. Set condition and price, then try again.
To publish every ready card in the background, choose List all ready (N) on the review screen. CardZen uses your saved payment, shipping, and return policies; if a complete set is unavailable, it asks you to configure them before starting.
The progress drawer updates as cards finish, and CardZen sends a push notification with the result when the run completes.
When every card has either been listed or moved to inventory, CardZen moves the batch to Done automatically.
- 1Get at least one card to Ready (photos, condition, and price).
- 2Choose List ready cards at the bottom of the review screen.
- 3Confirm your eBay payment, shipping, and return policies on the submit screen.
- 4Publish — CardZen lists each ready card and shows the result for each one.
What happens after
Reviewed cards become inventory you can price, list, and sell from the Cards page. A completed batch is read-only — it stays as an audit trail of how those cards entered CardZen, and edits happen on the cards themselves from then on.
