What the Dashboard shows

The Dashboard is your home screen — one read on your whole operation. Everything on it respects the filters at the top, so set those first.

Filter the view

  1. 1Set the Time Range (for example This year) to scope every number on the page.
  2. 2Narrow further with a custom Date Range if you need one.
  3. 3Filter by Sport to focus on one category.
  4. 4Choose Refresh to pull the latest data from eBay.

The top KPIs

  • Active cards — cards currently in your workflow.
  • Ready to list — inventory waiting for pricing or listing.
  • Active listings — live listings to monitor and price.
  • Revenue — gross sales in the selected range.
  • Profit — realized profit, shown with ROI.
  • Portfolio value — estimated market value of your unsold inventory.

Card pipeline

The Card pipeline splits your cards into three buckets so you always know what to do next: Inventory (waiting to be priced or listed), Active listings (live right now), and Sold (completed sales in the selected range).

Recent sales and trend

Recent sales lists your latest closed orders with the profit on each; choose View all to jump to the full Sales page. Sales trend charts your revenue over time for the selected range.

Jump anywhere with Quick jump

Press Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows), or click Quick jump at the top of the sidebar, to search and jump straight to any card, batch, listing, or page by name.
