Manage billing and subscription
Review your plan and scan quota, choose a plan, and manage payment and invoices.

Where billing lives
Open Settings and choose the Billing tab. It shows your Current plan, your CardSense scan usage for the period, the available plans, and your payment and invoice actions.
Plans and CardSense scans
Every card you capture uses one CardSense scan. The Billing tab shows how many scans you've used and how many remain this period, and when the count resets.
- Free trial — a one-time set of CardSense scans plus a one-time 14-day eBay import to try CardZen.
- Starter ($17/month) — 1,000 CardSense scans a month, with every feature included.
- Pro ($30/month) — 2,500 CardSense scans a month for high-volume sellers, with top-up packs when you run low.
Change your plan
- 1Open Settings, then the Billing tab.
- 2Under Available plans, choose Choose Starter or Choose Pro.
- 3Complete checkout to start or change your subscription.
- 4Use the same tab to update your payment method, review invoices, or cancel.
Billing support
If your plan or scan count looks wrong, contact support with your account email and a short description of what you expected to see.
