What CardZen does
CardZen turns a stack of cards into eBay listings and accurate profit numbers. You photograph cards, CardSense reads the details, you review and price them, you list to eBay, and CardZen tracks every cost, fee, and sale so your profit and ROI are real.
There are two ways in. Most sellers start by capturing cards they already have. Sellers with existing eBay history can connect eBay and import purchases and sales first.
- Capture front and back photos — CardSense fills in player, year, set, card number, and more.
- Review each batch and fix anything the AI got wrong before cards become inventory.
- List to eBay with auto-generated titles, comp-based prices, and your saved policies.
- Track purchases, sales, and fees so profit and ROI stay accurate.
Create an account and sign in
- 1Go to app.cardzen.io.
- 2Choose Sign in with Google, Sign in with Apple, or enter your email and password.
- 3New to CardZen? Choose "Don't have an account? Sign up", create your account, then return and sign in.
- 4After signing in you land on the Dashboard — your home base.
Get oriented on the Dashboard
The Dashboard summarizes your whole operation. Use the Time Range, Date Range, and Sport filters at the top to scope every number on the page, and Refresh to pull the latest from eBay.
- The top row shows Active cards, Ready to list, Active listings, Revenue, Profit, and Portfolio value at a glance.
- Card pipeline splits your cards into Inventory, Active listings, and Sold for the selected time range.
- Recent sales lists your latest closed orders with profit per order; Sales trend charts revenue over time.
- Press ⌘K — or click Quick jump at the top of the sidebar — to jump to any card, batch, listing, or page by name.
Find your way around
The left sidebar is grouped by what you are doing:
- Capture flow — Capture (photograph cards), Batches (review each capture session), Cards (your full inventory).
- eBay — Listings (your live and draft listings) and eBay settings (connection and selling policies).
- Sales & Purchases — Sales (sold cards, fees, payouts) and Purchases (what you paid, for cost basis).
- Reports — P&L (cash flow, realized profit, and inventory at cost).
First setup checklist
- 1Open eBay settings and connect your eBay account so CardZen can list, price from comps, and sync your sales and fees.
- 2Select your payment, shipping, and return policies — all three are required before CardZen can publish a listing.
- 3Capture 5 to 10 cards to learn the full loop before a large intake.
- 4Connect purchases and sales so CardZen can calculate cost basis and profit.
Best first workflow
If you are brand new, capture a handful of cards first. That gives you a small batch to review and teaches the whole loop — capture, review, price, list — without risking a large intake.
Once you are comfortable, import purchases and sales so CardZen can calculate cost basis and real profit.
