Open a listing's detail

On the Listings page, click any listing to open its detail page. The top shows views (last 90 days), watchers, offers, and click-through, with Edit card, View on eBay, and Reprice actions.

Search funnel

The Search funnel (last 90 days) shows how many shoppers saw your listing in search, then viewed, watched, and made offers. A big drop from Seen to Viewed usually means the title, photo, or price isn't winning the click — a cue to improve the listing.

You vs market and suggested price

You vs market compares your asking price to the comp-based suggested price and flags when you're well above or below the market. The Suggested panel shows that price, the comp range, and a confidence label — choose View comps to see the comparable sales.

If you're priced too high to draw clicks, use Reprice to adjust without leaving CardZen.

Promote a listing

Promoted Listings pay eBay a percentage of the final sale price in exchange for higher placement in search. You can set this from CardZen.

  1. 1Open the listing's detail page.
  2. 2In the Promote panel, choose Promote.
  3. 3Enter the ad rate — the percentage of the sale price you'll pay eBay for placement.
  4. 4Confirm to start promoting. Reopen the same panel any time to change or remove the rate.

Ad fees stay in your profit math

Promoted-listing ad fees flow into your numbers, so the Promoted listings line in your P&L and the net on each sale already account for what you paid eBay for placement — your profit stays accurate.
