Change settings

The settings tabs

Open Settings (from your account menu at the bottom of the sidebar). It's organized into tabs across the top:

• Profile — your display name and bio.
• Security — email, password, data export, and account deletion.
• eBay — connection status and your default listing policies and defaults.
• Inventory — the storage locations and tags you use to organize cards.
• Billing — your plan, CardSense scan quota, payment methods, and invoices.
• Credit Activity — every scan credit charged or added to your account.

Manage tags

Open Settings, choose Inventory, then scroll below Locations to Tags. You can create tags, rename them, change their colors, or archive tags you no longer want in assignment menus.

Deleting a tag permanently removes it from every card. Archive it instead when you may need it again.

Change a setting

1. 1Open Settings and choose the tab you need.
2. 2Update the field.
3. 3Choose Save (the Profile tab shows "All changes saved" once it has saved).
4. 4Return to the related workflow and confirm the new setting applies.

When to double-check

Take extra care with settings that affect listings, billing, or your connected eBay account — those changes carry into future drafts, sync behavior, invoices, and access.
