See every CardSense scan charged and every credit added to your account, and share a reference code with support.

What the Credit Activity page shows
Settings → Credit Activity is a complete history of your CardSense scan credits. Every scan charged and every credit added to your account appears as its own entry, newest first.
- Scans used — each card scan is listed with the card or batch it paid for, so you can see exactly where every scan went.
- Scans added — scan pack purchases, monthly renewals, plan changes, free trial credits, and any adjustments made by support.
- The summary at the top shows how many scans remain in your current period.
Filter and export
Use the filters above the table to narrow the view, or export your history for your own records.
- Filter by activity type — scans used or scans added — and by date range.
- Export CSV downloads your full filtered history, not just the page on screen.
Reference codes and support
Every entry has a short reference code. If you have a question about a charge or your balance, click the code to copy it and include it in your support message — it points us at the exact entry immediately.
- Click a reference code to copy it, then paste it into your support message.
- Older activity (before July 2026) may not exactly total your current balance.
