Reviewing & Organizing Your Cards
Fine-tune AI results and sort cards to their destination
The Batch Review Screen
- After capturing cards, open your batch to review
- Each card shows: front/back photos, AI-extracted details, and link suggestions
- The review screen is your command center — edit details, set destinations, and confirm links all in one pass
Setting Destinations
Each card gets a destination:
Inventory
Cards you plan to sell
Grade
Cards you want to send for grading (pick the company: PSA, BGS, SGC, etc.)
Personal Collection
Cards you're keeping
- Set the default destination when creating a batch, or change per-card during review
- Cards marked for grading appear in the Grading Queue on the Grading page
Editing Card Details
- Tap/click any field to edit: player name, year, set, card number, sport, team
- Additional fields: parallel, variation, subset, numbered, rookie, autographed, memorabilia
- AI flags low-confidence fields — these show an amber indicator
- The "All Clear" banner means AI is confident in all extractions
Link Summary Bar
- At the top of the batch review, a progress bar shows: "15/20 linked"
- Filter chips let you focus on: Linked | Has Suggestions | Needs Linking
- Each card in the list shows a colored dot: green (linked), amber (has suggestions), gray (unlinked)
Completing a Batch
- When all cards are reviewed and you're satisfied, complete the batch
- Cards move to their chosen destinations (inventory, grading queue, collection)
- Uncaptured placeholder cards can be kept as data-only records or removed
