Confirm All Links

• In batch review, click the double-check icon in the header
• Accepts all suggestions with 80%+ confidence in one click
• Shows a summary toast: "12 links confirmed (8 purchases, 3 sales, 1 grading)"
• Then use the "Needs Linking" filter to handle the remaining cards manually

Batch-Level Auto-Link Sweep

• When you open a batch for review, CardZen automatically runs fuzzy matching across all cards
• Click the refresh links button (chain icon) to re-run if you've imported new purchases or sales since the last sweep
• No need to click into each card — suggestions generate for the whole batch at once

CSV Bulk Import

• Purchases and sales both support CSV import for importing months of history at once
• Download the template first to see the expected format
• Preview mode lets you verify data before it's imported

Batch Review Filters

Naming batches for better matching

• Include the seller name: "stevebcards March haul"
• Include the source: "eBay lot 2024 Topps Chrome"
• The auto-link engine scores seller name matches in batch names as a bonus

Working both directions

• After capturing: check batch review for card → purchase/sale suggestions
• After importing: check purchase workspace for purchase → card suggestions
• Both views show suggestions — confirm from whichever side you prefer

Token management

• AI Quick Add (receipts, invoices, documents) costs 1 token each
• Card capture is free — AI OCR doesn't consume tokens
